In 2009 while traveling in Asia, Warren found a quiet meditative style of yoga with long held poses at a very esoteric yoga school. Realizing physical and mental health benefits that far surpassed any other exercise regimens that he had previously experienced, Warren became an avid yoga practitioner.

In the fall of 2014 Warren completed his RYT-200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with the South Okanagan Yoga Academy and the Yin Yoga Teacher Training program with Bernie Clark. In March of 2017 Warren completed the Yoga Outreach Core Training (Trauma Informed Yoga) and in June of 2017 Warren completed the Paddle Board Yoga Teacher Training. In June of 2020 Warren completed the 300 Hour Professional Yoga Teacher Training earning the RYT-500 designation and as of Nov 2021, and after completing the requisite number of hours instructing yoga classes, Warren is now an E-RYT-500 Yoga Alliance ​certified yoga instructor.

In the summer of 2022 after teaching over 3,500 hours of yoga classes in Kamloops, Warren relocated to Lethbridge Alberta.

Usui Reiki

Warren discovered Reiki in 2005 and found the sense of peace and calm it inspired in him to be nothing short of life transforming. Warren resolved to become a Reiki master at the first opportunity. In the summer on 2006 Warren completed his training and was acknowledged as a Reiki Master in the Usui System of Natural Healing. Reiki is a Japanese touch-based, energy healing modality. Reiki re-establishes a normal energy flow of ki (life force energy) throughout the body’s energy system, which in turn can enhance and accelerate the body's innate healing ability.

Warren has taught Reiki workshops at the Golden Buddha, Mystic Dreams and from his home. At the current time, Warren has no workshops planned.​
