Warren is currently offering classes through the Lethbridge Spiritualist Centre. Coming up again Jan 7th and 28th, Sundays at 5:30pm... Please come explore your chakras with tuning fork sound frequencies chosen to enhance the gentle yoga poses. Bring your yoga mat, water bottle and wear some comfortable clothes. |

I'm getting really excited about a couple of workshops that are coming up within the next couple of months!
Siddhis, the Yoga Super Powers, February 10th 9:00-12:00:
This workshop starts with a discussion explorating clairvoyance, levitation, bilocation and astral projection, materialization, and having access to memories from past lives. We will explore the scientific evidence for some these items as well as the yogic practices to achieve them. Modern yogis as well as figures like Wim Hoff (the IceMan) will be discussed. A yoga perspective on the charkas associated with mediumship and the difference between that and a kundalini awakening. Also we will discuss the concerns; mental, physical and karmic with respect to a kundalini awakening.
Supercharging YOU with Quick and Easy Lesser Known Yoga Practices, March 23rd 9:00-12:00:
This interactive workshop will explore yoga pranayamas (breath work) to help regulate your body’s adrenal response, manage your stress and influence your health. Purification rituals for the body called Kriyas and a comparison with some modern equivalents and potential health benefits will be discussed. As well, an exploration of the Nobel Prize winning science behind Autophagy and how this can be accelerated through fasting. Also if time permits, Warren will share some of his experiences with fasting, the lessons he learned the hard way and offer some suggestions for consideration if you are thinking about doing a fast.

This workshop starts with an exploration the yoga chakras and a comparison with HeartMath, Chi, Ki, Mana and Prana. Class Descriptions
Beginner/Intermediate Yoga
By practicing simple yoga postures, breathing exercises, and easy movements, you will build strength and flexibility and improve your posture in a relaxed atmosphere. Learn a complete range of basic poses in this non-intimidating environment. Modifications will be provided to help you get the most out of each class, no matter your fitness level. No experience is necessary and all poses are described and demonstrated.
Seniors Gentle Chair Yoga
This class is for those participants who find regular yoga classes to be a little too much. Enjoy a fun, non-intimidating class that includes the use of chairs and modified poses while working on bringing greater mobility and flexibility to the joints. If you are experiencing any stiffness associated with aging or injury, this class is for you! Each class will conclude with guided shavasana relaxation.
Candle Light Yin Yoga
A slower more meditative practice that focuses on increasing flexibility, detoxing the internal organs and is also very beneficial to the soft tissues such as tendons, ligaments and fascia. There is an extensive use of props and when one is properly supported with props, the practitioner can relax into the pose allowing gravity to do the work.
Relaxation/Restorative Yoga
Relax your mind while experiencing the soothing meditative qualities of yoga by linking breath with movement. This class explores basic yoga poses to promote a conscious mind/body relaxation while working to combat stress and fatigue. Poses are held longer to achieve a deep, cleansing stretch for the muscles as well as the mind. Each class will conclude with a peaceful, guided relaxation for a tranquil end to your day.
Yin Yoga with Reiki
During these semi-private classes, Warren offers a unique class custom tailored to the student’s needs or preferences. Warren alternates between demonstrating poses and performing a Reiki treatment on the student them while they are in the Yin yoga postures. Private classes of this type are not available at the current time.
